| 英文： | But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God. |

| 中文： | 凡男人祷告或是讲道（讲道或作说预言下同），若蒙着头，就是羞辱自己的头。 |
| 英文： | Every man praying or prophesying, having his head covered, dishonoureth his head. |

| 中文： | 凡女人祷告或讲道，若不蒙着头，就羞辱自己的头。因为这就如同剃了头发一样。 |
| 英文： | But every woman that prayeth or prophesieth with her head uncovered dishonoureth her head: for that is even all one as if she were shaven. |

| 中文： | 女人若不蒙着头，就该剪了头发。女人若以剪发剃发为羞愧，就该蒙着头。 |
| 英文： | For if the woman be not covered, let her also be shorn: but if it be a shame for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her be covered. |

| 中文： | 男人本不该蒙着头，因为他是神的形像和荣耀，但女人是男人的荣耀。 |
| 英文： | For a man indeed ought not to cover his head, forasmuch as he is the image and glory of God: but the woman is the glory of the man. |

| 英文： | Nevertheless neither is the man without the woman, neither the woman without the man, in the Lord. |

| 英文： | For as the woman is of the man, even so is the man also by the woman; but all things of God. |

| 中文： | 你们自己审察，女人祷告神，不蒙着头，是合宜的吗。 |
| 英文： | Judge in yourselves: is it comely that a woman pray unto God uncovered? |

| 中文： | 你们的本性不也指示你们，男人若有长头发，便是他的羞辱吗。 |
| 英文： | Doth not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have long hair, it is a shame unto him? |

| 中文： | 但女人有长头发，乃是他的荣耀。因为这头发是给他作盖头的。 |
| 英文： | But if a woman have long hair, it is a glory to her: for her hair is given her for a covering. |

| 中文： | 若有人想要辩驳，我们却没有这样的规矩К神的众教会也是没有的。 |
| 英文： | But if any man seem to be contentious, we have no such custom, neither the churches of God. |

| 中文： | 我现今吩咐你们的话，不是称赞你们。因为你们聚会不是受益，乃是招损。 |
| 英文： | Now in this that I declare unto you I praise you not, that ye come together not for the better, but for the worse. |

| 中文： | 第一，我听说你们聚会的时候，彼此分门别类。我也稍微的信这话。 |
| 英文： | For first of all, when ye come together in the church, I hear that there be divisions among you; and I partly believe it. |

| 中文： | 在你们中间不免有分门结党的事，好叫那些有经验的人，显明出来。 |
| 英文： | For there must be also heresies among you, that they which are approved may be made manifest among you. |

| 中文： | 你们聚会的时候，算不得吃主的晚餐。 |
| 英文： | When ye come together therefore into one place, this is not to eat the Lord's supper. |

| 中文： | 因为吃的时候，各人先吃自己的饭，甚至这个肌饿，那个酒醉。 |
| 英文： | For in eating every one taketh before other his own supper: and one is hungry, and another is drunken. |

| 中文： | 你们要吃喝，难道没有家吗。还是藐视神的教会，叫那没有的羞愧呢。我向你们可怎吗说呢。可因此称赞你们吗。我不称赞。 |
| 英文： | What? have ye not houses to eat and to drink in? or despise ye the church of God, and shame them that have not? What shall I say to you? shall I praise you in this? I praise you not. |

| 英文： | For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord's death till he come. |

| 英文： | But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup. |

| 英文： | For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord's body. |

| 英文： | For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep. |

| 英文： | For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged. |

| 中文： | 我们受审的时候，乃是被主惩治。免得我们和世人一同定罪。 |
| 英文： | But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world. |

| 中文： | 所以我弟兄们，你们聚会吃的时候，要彼此等待。 |
| 英文： | Wherefore, my brethren, when ye come together to eat, tarry one for another. |

| 中文： | 若有人肌饿，可以在家里先吃。免得你们聚会自己取罪。其馀的事，我来的时候再安排。 |
| 英文： | And if any man hunger, let him eat at home; that ye come not together unto condemnation. And the rest will I set in order when I come. |
